Refund Policy
At DD Event Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring that your event is a success. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If DD Event Solutions cancels the event for any reason.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
2. Non-refundable Fees:
- Booking deposits and all payments made for services rendered before the event are non-refundable.
- Any third-party fees or charges (e.g., venue bookings, vendor services) paid on behalf of the Client are non-refundable, as these charges are typically non-refundable by the third-party providers.
3. Process for Refunds:
- To request a refund, please contact us in writing at [email protected], providing your booking reference and a detailed explanation of the situation.
- We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days from the approval date.
4. Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will discuss potential options for rescheduling the event or providing partial refunds, where applicable. Refunds due to force majeure will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your event. Below is our cancellation policy:
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions will apply:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.
2. Rescheduling:
- If you wish to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
- If the new event date falls within a different pricing period (e.g., seasonal pricing), the new pricing will apply.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date.
3. Vendor and Third-Party Services:
- Cancellations or changes made to third-party vendor services (e.g., catering, entertainment) will follow the vendor’s specific cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds from third-party vendors.
- We will assist with communicating cancellations or changes with third-party vendors.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Circumstances):
- If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies), we will discuss potential options for rescheduling or providing partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
5. Notification of Cancellation:
- All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to [email protected].
- A cancellation notice will be considered valid only upon written confirmation from DD Event Solutions.
