These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by DD Event Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website, services, or entering into an agreement with us, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Services Provided

DD Event Solutions offers event-related services, including but not limited to:

• Event coordination and management
• Event decoration and setup
• Audio, visual, and lighting services
• Catering services
• Furniture rentals
• Entertainment arrangements
• Photography and videography services

The specific services provided will be detailed in the individual service contract or proposal agreed upon with you.

2. Booking and Payment

• To secure our services, a signed contract or written confirmation of the booking is required.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed terms in the contract or proposal.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified by DD Event Solutions.
• Any additional services or costs incurred after the agreement has been signed will be invoiced and are payable upon receipt of the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate details about the event and ensuring that all necessary permissions and licenses are obtained for the event.
• The Client must notify DD Event Solutions of any changes or additions to the event details, such as date, time, venue, and number of guests.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible and suitable for the services we are providing.
• The Client agrees to cooperate with our staff and follow the safety guidelines and procedures set out by DD Event Solutions.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels the event or the services agreed upon, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: No refund will be given.
• If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond control (force majeure), we will discuss potential refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability

• DD Event Solutions will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that services are delivered as per the agreed terms. However, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the event, including but not limited to accidents or third-party actions.
• The Client is responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or property during the event and agrees to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• DD Event Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, or government regulations.

7. Photography and Filming

• By attending the event, the Client and their guests consent to being photographed or filmed by DD Event Solutions for promotional or marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• If you do not wish for your image or likeness to be used, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• DD Event Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all bookings made after the date of the update.
